The first time I called Miranda she answered and talked to me for 45 minutes! Growing up in Iowa, but having lived in major cities across the country, I did not expect this. That’s the kind of person Miranda is. She loves training dogs and she loves helping people. She worked with Grant at KK’s to help us select a puppy based on the Volhard Puppy Aptitude Test and brought our girl Wrigley home to her kennel for weeks 8 through 16. She worked with her on basic obedience until we finally got to fly her home and she was fully potty trained (slept through the night!), had commands down from sit, stay, down, heel (and so many more) and was kennel trained. People have remarked on how well behaved she is since the day we got her! It is literally best return on investment I could make. We watched all of the training videos and read the materials provided in the “puppy package” over and over to make sure we were prepared before (and after!) Wrigley came home. I still have questions from time to time and Miranda is always there for me. Given I am training her to be my Service Dog, I’ve needed training for specific situations I’ve encountered and bought a package of additional remote training sessions over the winter and are bringing Wrigley back to Miranda for “summer camp” to tighten up some Service Dog specifics I need help with. As long as Miranda trains dogs, I will recommend her to any and everyone I come across. I grew up in Iowa and Miranda represents the best about my home state. We are so grateful that she has a referral relationship with Kimberlee’s because her training has made all the difference in my life with PTSD. I’ve gone from not wanting to really leave the house and venture out, due to my activations, to being able to take my dog to the Getty Museum in LA, the Las Vegas Strip and Chicago Cubs Spring Training because of how Wrigley is able to ground me if I have an activation. It’s truly been life changing having such a well-trained dog by my side. Less

The training, socialization, and desensitization provided by Miranda is priceless. Pappi is still a puppy and has her moments, especially when she is testing her boundaries and our patience levels, but we wouldn’t trade this stage of her life for anything. Thanks Miranda!! Less
My family and I were clients of Miranda’s in 2016. We needed some dog sitting help due to our under 6mo old German Rottweiler not being able to go to a kennel yet while we moved. She was so amazing with taking him in for the week. I have not taught him anything since then but the leash manners, house manners and how to sit and stay has stayed with him since!... More
