Dylan did our new home pre-walkthough inspection. Good communication, office replied back fast, easy appointment setup, very thoughall full report, videos and video walkthrough of the report. Items found you can create a nice easy repair request list with pictures that we could email and physically hand to the builder during our house walkthrough the next day. The builder superintendent even mentioned Dylan has always been great as well when dealing with them on getting access and the whole inspection process. So the builder had no issue on fixing all of the items found as they were reasonable, legit findings for them to fix prior to move our in. Already set up our 11 month 1yr warrenty inspection to be done by Dylan next June 2027. Highly recommend Dylan and his wife Sara that runs the office side of this family owned business.

Dylan came for our 1 year warranty for our new build and did a fabulous job.
