Fred from Envate was managing a significant insurance rectification job at my house. Unfortunately the building approvals set us back and the access to the site was difficult which caused delays but Fred was great at communicating that and keeping the project moving forward. Freds communication towards the end was fantastic and he went above and beyond to ensure the work was completed to a high standard and even fixed up a few other defects for me that weren’t even part of the job.

We got allocated Envate as our pool builder by QBCC when ours went bust leaving us broke as a joke with half a pool in the ground. Engage jumped straight to action and got our pool finished last year before Xmas after 2 years of hell going through the last guys and QBCC. They moved fast and communicated well. We had one issue where the third party insurance delegate closed our case prematurely when we had an outstanding stain issue (not Envates fault) and the boys were quick to support us with a plan of action on how to get it re opener and resolved. We’ve been grateful to finally have a positive experience after such a wild ordeal. Thanks Benny for being an MVP. We definitely recommend you guys to anyone needs someone to build or clean up someone else’s mess!

Our original builder went into liquidation when we were at a very early stage of our build. Adding to this, we had multiple challenges regarding design-change, certifications etc.William and team handled the situation with great composure and compassion.A special mention to Fred - our supervisor, who was always reachable. He was continuously trying to find solutions the best way that we could benefit. Without Fred, this build would have been a lot more difficult than it was.We thank and wish the team at Envate the very best.

Envate took on our build when our original builder went into liquidation. From day one we felt more at ease with Envate, than we ever did with our original builder. Oliver and David from Admin were always very friendly, informative and helpful. Our site supervisor Fred was amazing to work with. Our previous site supervisor would hardly answer my calls let alone return them. But Fred would always follow up with me. Every request he would action and every question he would follow up on. Fred made us feel that he genuinely cares about his clients and we witnessed him doing his best to make sure we were happy all along the way. It’s been a long road for us with our original builder going bankrupt but we are happy Envate came into the picture as we are very happy with the end result.

Building a new home is hard. Especially when you add construction delays, the original builder going bust, and finishing off a half built house that someone else started.Envate have been amazing. Clear communication (Their buildtread website is amazing) and very accomodating for the various requests we had along the way. Willing to work through the various issues we had along the way.I just wish we engaged them for the entire build.Thank you to Graeme, William, Oliver, and their team for getting us into our home.
