His professionalism was exceptional and I did not feel he was trying to oversell me on anything. He was fair and I would highly recommend the services of this company. 5 stars is not high enough. Blake came out immediately on a hot Labor Day and provided exceptional service. He responded quickly, came right over, diagnosed the issue, made the necessary repair, and took the time to give helpful advice.He even repaired a problem with my second outdoor unit that was outside the original scope of the service call.I honestly cannot recommend him highly enough. I’ve had other AC companies out recently and over the past few years that seemed to show up, collect the service fee, and leave without really addressing the performance issues. That was absolutely not the case here. Blake took the time to actually troubleshoot the problem, explain what was happening, and make sure things were working properly before he left.Excellent service, especially on a holiday when it was incredibly hot outside. I would absolutely call them again.
