The house is a great house and we loved the layout! The location is at a busy intersection and was noisy sometimes. You can only access the house through the front door and you have to walk through the grass to access the few steps into the house. I would give this house 5 star ratings in all categories if it was in a different location.

Benne's place was the perfect stop for our trip. It was spotless and very well stocked. He went out of his way to reach out to us a few days prior and the day of arrival to make sure we were set up and ready to go. He also included an incredibly helpful binder that informed us of where everything was in the house as well as things to do around the area. We will definitely be staying again!

Benne was a great host. During one of my family’s most difficult times he accommodated and made this process a little less stressful. He responded very quickly when I had a question or concern. I would highly recommend this property to anyone! The pictures of the place are exactly how it looked, the place was clean and in a great location.

Benne's place was great! Everything in the house was clean and fresh. The water pressure was wonderful. We had more than enough space for our family of four. My kids really enjoyed the house. Benne is a very responsive host, which is a huge plus. Always there when we needed answers. I really appreciate that. Very quiet neighborhood. It is very close to SeaWorld which was one of the places we went to. There are alot of stores and restaurants to choose from. We will definitely return in the future.

We stayed a month and missed the checkout by a day, Benne was understanding of our plight and helped get us booked for an additional night so we didn’t have to scramble to pack up! Definitely recommend!

Location was convenient. The master room was very spacious and the other rooms were very pleasant.

Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The rooms were very spacious, did not feel like my family of four were crowded. Enjoyed the water pressure for the showers and the beds were comfy. The house is located at a great spot to visit Six Flags, Sea World and Top Golf. Very nice place to unwind after our daily adventures. We will definitely stay again if given the opportunity.

We stayed at Benne’s place because of how close Sea World is. Convenient location with great places to eat, have coffee, or just be entertained. The house was clean, it had all the needed amenities, and more than enough space for us (2 families). Benne was quick to respond to any questions we had. The neighborhood was quiet at night. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed there for a month, benne is a really friendly responsive person. We had a few problems in the beginning, wasn’t his fault, guess guest before took stuff with them.. but he fixed the problems right away.. so I would definitely Book again 🙂

This place was amazing! Really bright and clean. The bed was clean comfortable. One of the best I've stayed in by far. I can't wait to come backband stay in this home again. Loved it. They even checked on me because it was my brother's funeral.
