An amazing gym with incredible people. I started at TJ’s as a sophomore in high school, and could not have found a better place to learn the fundamentals of fitness and strength training the right way. Everything I learned from TJ & crew as a teen fueled my love for working out, and most importantly, taught me how to train correctly. To match what TJ’s has offered in knowledge and results is a great community. It’s a privilege be surrounded by a group of welcoming, supportive, and interesting people in the gym who become friends both inside and out. Almost 6 years later, I’m still coming back! Thank you, TJ, and his friendly staff for creating such a welcoming place to work out. I always feel a bit intimidated going to a new gym but TJ has developed a month-long plan to help new-comers (such as myself) learn and grow. Regardless of fitness level, I highly recommend TJ's Gym.

TJ’s is a welcoming place for people of all firness levels. It’s been a great fit for me the trainers are knowledgeable and friendly and push you to progress at a good pace while avoiding injury and burnout.
