Thank you, TJ, and his friendly staff for creating such a welcoming place to work out. I always feel a bit intimidated going to a new gym but TJ has developed a month-long plan to help new-comers (such as myself) learn and grow. Regardless of fitness level, I highly recommend TJ's Gym.

This is a specific type of gym and they do a very good job of it. The atmosphere is relaxed, the doors are wide open and it doesn't feel like a hot stuffy gym, TJ the owner is around which is a great feeling. Hawk was my trainer and he was terrific.

This is a great gym! I had been looking for personal training within a small class structure. The instructors here are top notch, and attention to form and to each individual has been excellent. TJ's is a perfect addition to the fitness community, and perfect for older adults as well.
