So impressed - we only required one window to be filled as part of a bathroom project but due to a cancellation our installers were able to fit the bathroom six weeks early. These guys are great. Excellent customer service on the showroom side, and great fitters to boot. Can't fault them. The whole installation process was explained clearly at the start, and it all ran exactly to schedule. I can’t speak highly enough of Team Frames. They fitted two spitfire doors and around 10replacement glass sliders. They wereexceptional, from the first visit to the quote, measure and install. I can’t recommend Team Frames Trade & Retail highly enough (Note: They’re NOT the same as Team Frames).We got Team Frames Trade & Retail to install an aluminium bi-fold door and window as part of our kitchen extension back in 2015 (a recommendation from the guys who installed our sash windows – Sash Smart) and we were very pleased with the installation.It was really helpful to ask for some independent advice a few months later – our builder had laid the DPM incorrectly and Steve from Team Frames Trade & Retail was good enough to return onsite and advise them what they needed to do to rectify. We really appreciated Steve’s honest, impartial expertise and avoided our builder simply blaming the previous tradesman.More recently we had an issue with the locking mechanism of the bi-fold doors. Steve again came up to London (over an hour away) and had the lock replaced within an hour and at no extra cost as it was within the 10 year guarantee period. As he correctly pointed out, I’ve got no excuse now for the sorry state of my unkempt lawn!We are so glad that we decided to choose Team Frames Trade & Retail all those years ago – they are a great team and a real pleasure to work with and we definitely appreciated their genuine and professional approach.If I had the space to install more bi-fold doors I would definitely choose Team Frames Trade & Retail.Thank you Steve for all your help!
