I just recently joined here and the owner, coaches, and community have made me feel very welcomed. The members are friendly and the classes are excellent—quite a workout! The authentic Finland-grade hot sauna and cold plunges are also fantastic. Great location; as a Houston Heights local, I definitely recommend checking out Breach Fitness!

Love it here! The gym is very welcoming and is definitely a vibe! I recently trained here and it completely exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship and attention to detail make it not only functional but genuinely beautiful. It has everything you need for a solid workout, no matter your training style. The atmosphere is amazing—focused, motivating, and welcoming all at once. I’d definitely train here again.

I had a great experience! The owner is awesome and very welcoming! The whole gym is very very well made. They have a beautiful sauna and the women’s bathroom is sooo nice and sheek!

Great gym and setup!! The owner/coaches have made me like I'm a part of their community already in my short time of coming thus far & have done a great job facilitating the Hyrox trainings. The equipment and amenities is impressive. It's really cool to see everything the owner has done with the space to make it the best possible experience for all of us! The location within the heights is ideal too. Highly recommend!

Came here to do a HYROX simulation and it was an awesome experience. The setup was well thought out, the flow felt true to race day, and everything was organized and efficient. Great energy in the gym and plenty of space to move without feeling crowded. If you’re training for HYROX or want a legit sim to test yourself, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back.

Great gym! Probably the nicest setup CrossFit gym I’ve ever seen. The owner and fellow gym members made me feel very welcomed. I’m a well hub member and glad gyms like these are in my network. Coming back when I’m in town, highly recommend!

This place is it!! I’ve taken their Hyrox classes and every time I leave, I can’t wait to come back. The workouts are challenging, but the coaches and other members are always there to push and encourage you. The gym is clean and has a great vibe, especially with the boxing area included. Highly recommend Breach to anyone looking for an awesome workout, some friendly competition, and a way to support a local business!
