Fausto was extremely helpful from the beginning of our project in our basement. He initially worked with us not only in the basement, but met us at a local flooring shop to guide us on what colors would match best with the recommended,quartz kitchen counters, and bathroom tile.Since we had not finished a basement previously, he was extremely helpful in guiding us to the best color match, and one thing that I was extremely pleased with was that his estimate was spot on. Meaning, the estimate he provided and the job completion cost was pretty much accurate to the estimate he provided on the front end.I would strongly recommend Fausto Flooring to anyone who is interested in using his company and services.

We’ve been longtime, very satisfied customers of Faust Flooring.They installed hardwoods throughout our 2nd floor and did an excellent job. Their service included moving furniture to accommodate the install.They also installed LVL in our basement, removing carpeting and moving furniture. The LVL looks amazing.We recently had a major attic leak which caused extensive damage throughout the 2nd floor, 1st floor, and basement. Again, we relied on Faust Flooring to install new hardwoods and LVL in the impacted areas and to sand/stain hardwoods that weren’t impacted by the flood to match the newly installed hardwoods. Fausto, the owner, is great to work with and his teams are highly skilled and reliable. Highly recommend!

We used Faust Flooring for several projects over the last few years and they have always provided top notch work and service. We recently had extensive water damage that encompassed all three floors of the house. Faust Flooring came in and removed the damaged flooring, brought new hardwood in to replace damaged sections, let the wood acclimate for about 7 days, then came in and replaced the wood in one day. They worked with us on the sanding and staining so that it could be done when we were out of town. We returned to beautifully stained hardwood floors!
