Jeff came out the same day as I sent the payment, though he warned me that rarely happened but he was close by so we got snuck in. The appraisal came exactly a week later and was quite helpful. Jeff was quick but efficient with his measurements that were done all digitally and didn't mind the mess of the house as we were preparing for a garage sale and in the midst of cleanup. Very professional, highly recommended.
