I've had a big issue with gyms since my earlier days, the torture from being there from 5am to 8am then school then 5pm to 10pm daily has made me go into sleep mode when I hit the gyms ive tried but Amped has step the game up with its new machines and cleanness. Nice gym! It has everything you need. I think people are just being “Karen’s” and complaining about little things. Overall it’s 10/10 in my opinion. Highly recommend for people who are traveling and need a gym to workout at. Plus it’s a free one day pass. Less

Angel at Amped Fitness in the Childcare section is absolutely amazing with the kids! She consistently goes above and beyond to create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment. You can tell she genuinely cares about each child and takes the time to engage with them in meaningful ways. My child always looks forward to seeing her, and that peace of mind is priceless. Best part of coming to the gym is the awesome child care staff! The child care manager with blue hair I think her name is Angel is always on top of staff, keeping the room nice and making parents happy. My kids ADORE her! 🙂 Less

To be a great gym, you need to have the right atmosphere.Amped Tyrone absolutely has that atmosphere from the moment you walk in.Since I joined, there has not been a day missed that I was greeted and taken care of.I highly encourage you to join this large family, if you're looking for a gym with the right feel.
