I have tried a couple of other pool companies and Outer Space Pools has the best service by far and at a competitive price. The pool technician, James, is very knowledgeable. Whenever I have pool related questions or concerns, Austin responds immediately. The other pool service I've used in the past would send me an invoice with the dates they serviced my pool. No details. Outer Pool Service sends me a detailed report immediately after service is complete. The report contains a check list of that they did (backwash ect..) and they detail what chemicals were added and how much, also they provide chemical readings. Lastly, they include before and after pictures. Outer Space Pools provide all of this for EVERY time my pool is serviced. Less
