I started working out at CFB about a year ago and it’s been so amazing. The community is so welcoming and makes everyone feel strong. I can finally see myself getting stronger and fitter and I was hitting a road block before coming here. The coaches are all so knowledgeable and correct you which I love. They care a lot about you not getting injured and push you out of your comfort zone. Love this gym!

I joined Crossfit Bridgewater July 2016, this changed my life for the better , my goal was to change my body composition and that I did. I never had any barbell experience before CFB , the coaches here really care about your personal needs & helped me meet my goals . The community is very friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of class times so overcrowding hasn’t been an issue. The space is welcoming and so are the members. It makes it easy to stay consistent. See you there!

Was really starting back from a decade of not working out. Did not think I was going to like or appreciate the work. I am a new member to CFB and I’m not going to lie I was so nervous at first. I have not worked out consistently since I had my son seven years ago. I took my first few classes and I’m hooked. The coaches are great and always willing to make sure you are doing your movements properly. All the members are welcoming and motivating. I actually look forward to working out now.

Joined this gym to get the motivation to stay active while getting the intense workouts I love. As a bonus, the community is super supportive and welcoming. I LOVE THIS GYM! Not only are they great when it comes to customer service but while I’m working out they base the workout on what I’m able to do! Almost like a personal trainer EVERYTIME! Very affordable and almost feels like a family…if you want to lose weight, build strength or just meet new people while learning different things this is the place for you!
