Jen has been taking care of my curly hair girls hair for several years and now our younger girls with wavy and straight hair are visiting with her. The main thing that always stands out to me about Jen is that she focuses on her client. When they are in her chair they get her undivided attention. Honestly one of the best curly cuts I’ve ever had. Jen just got my hair right away—I didn’t have to over-explain anything.She took her time, cut it curl by curl, and really paid attention to how it naturally falls. No weird shape, no triangle situation—just really good, natural-looking curls with way more bounce and definition.It also actually looks good without me having to fight with it at home, which is rare. Super easy to style now.Overall just a really chill, easy experience and I left feeling really good about my hair. Definitely going back to Jen.

My very dark brown hair is prone to frizz/dryness/breakage, so she uses a healthier way to lighten it when I want to add highlights. (Sorry for the lack of explanation.
