I had seen Allan on YouTube and found his videos really interesting.Allan was really knowledgeable and explained his approach well before we proceeded. He was great about explaining everything before the session. I’d never engaged with formal therapy that involved ideomotor responses etc. I wasn’t sure whether it would work for me, but it felt great to go into a deeply restful state and go with his process. Despite feeling quite restful, I remained aware of Allan’s questions, what was going on the whole time and responded appropriately I felt really good afterwards; very mentally sharp and motivated (which is the problem I brought to Allan and what I was hoping to feel). Would highly recommend!
