They knew who to contact, what needed remodeling, what could stay as is, and they held our hands the whole way. They set us up with a brilliant stager who made our home look fantastic. Always ready to help, they were almost always reachable or returned calls promptly and were always patient and kind, even if we asked them the same question several times. They were also firm when they needed to be, too! We were nervous about the market at that time (Christmas 2022), but they priced the house at the perfect amount and got us well above the asking price.

Barbara was wonderful to work with! She was patient with me and quickly learned what I liked and didn't like. She was able to help me narrow down my search so we didn't waste time, but also pushed me to look at things and places I hadn't immediately considered. She was very supportive and made me feel like I had a real partner through the process; and she wasn't afraid to deliver the hard news about offers, HOAs etc. I never felt like she was telling me "what I wanted to hear." She told me what I needed to hear. I couldn't recommend her more strongly. In our first meeting she told me that one day I'd walk into a house and "just know" - and she was right!
