I've used Dupuis for the past 10 years or so, for both maintenance and repairs, and through both an AC Condenser and Heating system replacement. These folks are timely, consistent and I can always count on them to keep my home running. This week was no exception - The day I left for vacation (Monday, Jan 5th), my furnace went down for the count - in the dead of winter. The next day, their rep Chad was at the house, reviewed what I needed and got me a quote within hours. Long story short - by Thursday a new Trane system was installed, running, the work site was clean and I came home to a warm house like it'd never happened. That's real SERVICE. Thanks, all!! No heat at 10:30 0n a Saturday night. Called DuPuis they had a tech on call, Justin, he was at my home in less than 45 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, circulation pump, and had the part with him. 90 minutes after the call my furnace was up and running. You can't get better service anywhere.

Lost power to my home this week due to a tree taking done a utility wire that fried the control board to my burner. Adam from Dupuis came to my house same day and replaced the blown board very quickly. Appreciated the quick response. Repair was also covered by my service contract.

We used Dupuis Energy on several services for our home, and they always did an exceptional job.We converted our home from oil to gas and had to rush because they were ready to pave our street. Dupuis worked with our time line to get the job done working with the gas company. We also still had an oil tank that was still half full and Dupuis came up with a solution that will allow us to use up the oil by leaving the hot water tank attached to the oil tank before replacing it to a gas tank.Not to mention installing a mini split in our sun room to make it a four season room, we had our central air unit replaced as well as using Dupuis to service and check our equipment yearly.
