Two very friendly guys, Tyler and Chris, arrived and did an excellent job cleaning the grout in my bathroom. The difference is amazing. If you have dirty grout in your bathroom, give them a call, it literally transforms a room. Tyler even mopped the kitchen floor on his way out.

The Pro Steam Team cleaned our very old commercial carpet in our office which was beyond dirty. In no way did I expect this carpet to come clean but the Team came back for 2 extra visits and were determined to get it looking new again and they did it. They didn't inform or ask if they could open the windows and back door, so I wasn't happy to return to find them all open. They also left this mess on my entry way floor. We had our beige carpets cleaned by Tyler yesterday after 2.5 years of dogs and a cat running around on them. The carpets were brand new when we moved in and they look brand new again.
