After another company failed to show, I rebooked with Pro Steam and was glad I did. Super friendly and helpful service and carpets look and smell amazing. Will rebook again.

Amazing company. Tyler was so nice and got the job done quick and made my stair carpet look brand new. Which is shocking, cause they were in bad shape. Thanks again Tyler

Pro-Steam is my go-to carpet cleaning service for the rental apartment buildings I manage. Carpeted hallways take a beating from daily foot traffic, especially the dark, worn patches that build up right outside each suite door — Pro-Steam gets these looking like new every time. I also recommend them to tenants who are moving out and need their carpets professionally cleaned before handing back the keys.

Tyler did an amazing job on our apartment today! We were so impressed with how quick, efficient, thorough, and friendly he was. We hired another carpet cleaning company last year, and they didn't come close to the quality of work Tyler delivered. Our carpets look fantastic, and the whole experience was easy from start to finish. Pro-steam is the only carpet cleaning company we'll be using from now on. Highly recommend! Thanks Tyler!!

Two very friendly guys, Tyler and Chris, arrived and did an excellent job cleaning the grout in my bathroom. The difference is amazing. If you have dirty grout in your bathroom, give them a call, it literally transforms a room. Tyler even mopped the kitchen floor on his way out.

Great job Tyler, you made the carpet look new and price was very reasonable! We were actually thinking of replacing the carpet! Cannot say enough good things.

Fantastic service and even better results! I sent in a request for a quote and Chelsey was quick to respond and get us booked in. The team arrived promptly and well prepared. They really took their time and made such a significant improvement! I would highly recommend Pro-Steam Plus Carpet Cleaning to anyone for move out, move in or just a nice deep clean/ refresh! They were transparent with their affordable prices, professional and super friendly service. Most importantly they provided absolutely great results!

Tyler was awesome! I’ve used them 3 times now and every time has been a great experience. 3 kids and dogs make for dirty carpets, but they look like new after Pro Steam is done. Best in Kelowna for sure!

I was referred to Pro-steam through a community Facebook page & they did not disappoint. They did an incredible job, including cleaning my areas rugs & returning them within a couple of days. The Pro Steam Team cleaned our very old commercial carpet in our office which was beyond dirty. In no way did I expect this carpet to come clean but the Team came back for 2 extra visits and were determined to get it looking new again and they did it. We are so impressed by the customer service provided and price. Definitely will use Pro-Steam in the future and highly recommend to everyone needing timely, affordable service.

Zack did an amazing job. He was professional & friendly. And worked extra hard and bringing out the stains in our carpets. I thought we would have to replace the carpet as it was so badly stained. We highly recommend this company & their professional staff members & the care they take in carpet cleaning. If I could add more stars I would.

This isn’t the first time I’ve used Pro-Steam, and it won’t be the last. Always prompt, great communication and the results are constantly amazing. Zach did a great job on our move out today. 5 teenagers and a dog after 5 years and I swear they look better than when we moved in.

Needed to get carpets cleaned after years of neglect, they did a great job of the cleaning! They didn't inform or ask if they could open the windows and back door, so I wasn't happy to return to find them all open. They also left this mess on my entry way floor. Have more respect for other people's spaces!

We had our beige carpets cleaned by Tyler yesterday after 2.5 years of dogs and a cat running around on them. The carpets were brand new when we moved in and they look brand new again. The pricing was great, scheduling was easy to set up and Tyler was efficient and friendly. We will definitely not be waiting another 2.5 years to have them done again. Thank you so much for a great experience!

I have them back all the time to help keep our carpets clean. They have removed animal stains, make up stains from my daughters carpet and just overall made the cleaning process so easy and for a reasonable price. I will recommend them to everyone and have them back again and again ! We have had Mark come to our house the past 2 times and he's so friendly and helpful. Thank you Pro Steam !

Pro-Steam did an amazing job with my carpets! They look brand new and every single stain that bothered me is now gone. And with three long-haired cats, there were more than a few stains. Pro-Steam were in and out very efficiently and were a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend!
