Highly recommended for your private parties and i’d hire them again! We organized baby shower party with over 250 people. We rented popcorn and cotton candy machines/stands. The crew showed us how to install and use them. In addition, the manager worked with us to reduce the delivery cost which reduced overall price by 50%!Thanks for helping us host great party!

We have been through extremely late deliveries with other companies (like those companies completely missed the party!) so I finally decided to try I jump to see if we would have a better experience. You met and exceeded expectations! Delivery was timely, your drivers notified me first with a delivery window then when they were on their way for both pick up and drop off. You kept me up to date about the weather and adjusted pick up accordingly. All in all, it was a great experience and I plan on using ijump for all future bounce house rentals. I always order from iJump. It's easy because it’s done all online. They email to confirm and on the day of the event they call when they are 30 mins away. Set up is a breeze and so is take away. They do call ahead too to pick up. Always friendly and respectable. You get what you give so I offer a glass of water and tip them for their service.

I had a huge bash for my daughters 10th birthday, we ordered the popcorn and snow cone machine. They were absolute hit! The kids LOVED it and utilized both machines the whole time. They dropped the both off super early which was great cause we had to find power for them both, and pick up the next day at no additional charge what so ever. They offer range of drop off and pick up options, yes some options can cost a little extra, but hey.. they are a business and that's how they make money, plus they make it as covenant, and accommodation for you as possible with the times. They sent confirmation email and follow up calls to insure that you are not getting scammed, which is super nice with how easy it is to be scammed now a day. The only thing that could of been better is the amount of supplies that you pay for with the machines. I think their should be more bags and a bigger variety of snow cone flavors. I had a party of about 50 people. So if you have a small party then the amount of supplies they bring would be perfect. However.. all of those things are easily obtainable a Party City, just plan accordingly. Thanks or making my daughters party a huge success. (The snow cone machine is a HUGE hit amongst the kids!!)

Well, i must say i was very pleased. My son and all the kids loved the jumper. The person that delivered and set up was very nice and very professional. Set up was extremely fast, and the jumper was very clean and well maintained. And it was exactly what we were looking for. The people that came to tear down and pickup were also nice and professional. Overall this was a great experience. Very happy and will absolutely use ijump the next time we need a jumper.

I’m very pleased with how our recent family gathering went. Thanks to the iJump 7 in 1 Combos all of the children had a marvelous time. With the kids amused the parents were able to relax and have a little fun as well. The shades and sturdy table and chairs really helped in that department. The chairs were able to comfortably bear the few pounds that Uncle Charlie added over his vacation. The workers that set up the equipment that we rented were courteous and efficient. We will certainly use iJump again for our next gathering!

I got a castle jumper from Moe and it was a pleasant experience. The best part was the jumper was clean! I've rented many bounce houses in the past that were awful. Overall my kids had a great time and they even thank me for my business when they left. I'll give them a call next time again
