​I visited as a tourist with no appointment and was seen immediately. The service was fast, friendly, & efficient. A hair wash & cut cost €20, which is very good value, especially compared to the UK.The stylist advised me not to dye my hair for a few months because of its condition. I really appreciated that they put my hair health ahead of making extra money.The salon is clean, fresh & tidy with a range of products for sale.I'm not sure who cut my hair, but I see lots of reviews praising Rafael, so it may have been him - cool (trendy, for the non English speakers) looking guy with a top knot? I highly recommend him & this salon and will return when I next come back on holiday.From a grateful British female with long, pre-bleached hair.

Entendieron perfectamente lo que necesitaba y trabajaron con muchísimo cuidado y atención al detalle.El resultado superó completamente mis expectativas. Mi cabello volvió a verse uniforme, bonito, cuidado y exactamente como yo quería. Durante la mia vacanza a Gran Canaria ho avuto il piacere di conoscere Portofino Hair & Beauty e posso dire che è stata una delle più belle sorprese del soggiorno.Purtroppo il tempo a disposizione era poco, ma sono riuscita a concedermi un magnifico massaggio rilassante e un appuntamento per sistemare i capelli. Quello che doveva essere una semplice piega si è trasformato, grazie ai preziosi consigli dello staff, in un cambio di look che mi ha davvero soddisfatta.Ho apprezzato moltissimo la professionalità, la disponibilità e l'attenzione con cui sono stata seguita, oltre all'utilizzo di prodotti di alta qualità.Entrare in questo centro per me è stata una vera pausa di benessere, certa di affidarmi a persone competenti che lavorano con passione e grande cura per il cliente...........il tutto con vista spettacolare sul mare!Se siete a Playa de Inglés, lo consiglio assolutamente. Mit dem Ergebnis bin ich 100% zufrieden und das war meine erste grössere Veränderung. Ich liess mir Balayage machen. Die Farbe passt perfekt. Ahora entiendo por qué puede haber tantas peluquerías, incluso miles, pero como esta muy pocas.Cita puntual, un corte que favorece el rostro de cada persona y un trato muy profesional. Quedé súper contento. Hacía tiempo que quería pasar de las típicas barberías rápidas de San Fernando a una peluquería profesional, y sin duda la encontré.Se toman el tiempo necesario para cuidar hasta el último detalle. Felicito al personal por su trabajo, por la higiene del lugar y por la calidad del servicio. Muy recomendable.
