Our community HOA just started using. Naples Pool in April. I like how they came out to evaluate everyone’s equipment before they started servicing our pool. Their support has been great & so far professional & knowledge . The weekly service appears to be efficient & does the basic chemical balance, cleaning etc. if something is wrong w/equipment a service call must be made.

After not using the pool heater for months, I turned it on to find it wasn't working. I called Naples Pools and they came out the next day. After determining I needed a new part for the heater, they ordered it and had my heater repaired in less than a week. This was a huge help since I had out of town guests visiting. This was great service!

We finally discovered that our previous guest had left the pool in terrible condition, with even a beer can stuck in the filter. We contacted Naples Pool Customer Service that night, and they sent a Technician first thing in the Morning (a Sunday). They were able to fix it and clean everything, making our new Guest very happy, bringing us some peace of mind, and avoiding bad reviews. We really appreciate the professionalism and extraordinary effort. We recommend them to all our friends and family members! Thank you!

Showed up when he said he would, and fixed a skimmer leak and replaced a pool light. Now we are going to have them do some other cosmetic work too. Revised posting. I had previously wrote a negative review about troubles I have been having with the Pentair Controller for our pool. I have been very frustrated. The branch manager reached it to me with in 24 hours and has promised to take care of my problem right away. This is the first time for me any company has EVER replied to a review that fast. He called me on the weekend because it was that important to him to take care of their customers, and wanted to assure me that he and Naples Pool will be there for me. Now I am writing to say how much I appreciate them for having such a strong commited to their customers.

Other companies charged me a lot, but their technician, Mike Sanjuan, did it very fast, professionally, and saved me a lot of time and money. Thanks to Mike, this company’s reputation is saved, and I'm continuing to stay with them. Thanks a tom, Mike, for your great work!

They don't follow our agreement and skip some things we have in the contract. I need to be personally on-site to check that everything is okay. When I'm out of town and return, the water becomes cloudy each time.

Naples pool service has been servicing our pool for a couple years. They have done a fabulous job and have been very responsive to all our pool needs. Everything that has been recommended was spot on and done in a timely manner as to try not to diminish the use of our pool. This includes light replacements, heater repair, three pump replacements, air blower replacement, salt chlorination system, and installing a new Jandy system to give us remote access when controlling the pool. Great job and I would highly recommend.
