Our pool always looks clean, crystal clear, and well-maintained after each visit.Recently, our pool light stopped working, so I called the office. They had a technician, Anthony, at our house within a day, which was incredibly impressive. Anthony quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained two repair options (repair versus replacement), and provided estimates for both so we could make an informed decision. Even better, he was able to fix the problem the very same day.It’s refreshing to work with a company that is responsive, professional, and honest. We worked with Daniel and Ram. They were as professional and efficient as it gets. We just bought our house and NPS determined properly that the pool had a severe chlorine/acid imbalance. This seemed daunting to my wife and I since around 6,000 gallons of water needed to be neutralized and drained. Naples Pool Service is highly capable, experienced, efficient, reliable and friendly. This morning bright and early a technician named Michael came to fix a frozen vacuum filter valve. He was friendly, highly capable and efficient. He immediately found the problem which was incredibly unusual, a clog of rusted rebar totally blocking the valve. He managed to remove the clog and get the vacuum filter valve to work perfectly. If only the world were full of Michaels! I can’t say enough good things about him and Naples Pool.

Jarreth replaced my pool pump as requested, but had a challenge getting pool pump to communicate with my Jandy control system. He contacted Jandy and pump manufacturer to resolve the issue. His patience (he was on hold for tech support from pump manufacturer a long time) paid off and system is up and running.
