My son had damage to his roof after a hurricane last year, and Aizeah Galvan had a crew installing a roof for his neighbor. He inspected my son’s roof and informed him that it was in fact minor, and that they could take care of it right away so that it would not spread. I at the same time had experienced major roof damage and was looking for a reputable roofer. My son informed me of his experience with Aizeah and gave me his contact information.From our first interaction, Aizeah was very kind and respectful. I informed him that I had researched the company & called the State of Florida to make sure there were no complaints or violations. I also informed him that the previous roofer had taken short cuts which lead to some of the current damage. He assured me that he had a very experienced crew, and that their company operated with integrity. A detailed review of all of the quality of materials that would be used and their warranty was done, and he made regular visits to assure that the installation went smoothly. I did have an issue with the re-installation of the gutters, and it was corrected promptly. I also appreciated the fact that I was not requested to make the final payment until my concerns were addressed.I would definitely recommend Massey to my family & friends. A solid roof is major investment & safety concern, and trust in the company selected is essential.
