We are a small business that was using a regional business to handle our website and print ad ( yes, there are still people that use the print Yellow Pages and every time I think about removing our ad someone tells me they found us there;) and we were not really getting anything special from them. We were paying a lot of money but we were not using any of the expensive add-on's that came with their service. Let's be clear this is not really a knock on them as the additional services are likely helpful for other businesses, just not ours. Tommy and I met for a face to face meeting. He asked what we were doing, where we were trying to go and how we wanted the public to "see" us. He built us a from scratch website using photos that he actually took here at the shop along and really just focused on letting people know where we are and how to reach us and what the estimate process is like here at our facility. That's what we need our website to do. Tommy did all of this for 1/2 of what we were paying to this big national company and it just feels more like us. I still have the Yellow Pages ad and we are still paying less in total then we were when they had our whole account. If something changes or I want something added on, I just call or email Tommy and he handles it for me. It's great.
