From the very first call, he was friendly and down-to-earth — no pushy sales pitch, just genuine, easygoing communication that made me feel comfortable right away. He had me scheduled for the next day, but I ended up having to cancel last minute due to an emergency out of town. Instead of hassling me, he simply told me to reach out whenever I was ready. That kind of patience and understanding is rare.The moment I got back in town, he came out the very next day — in brutal heat, no less. I showed him the unit and went inside for less than an hour, and by the time I came back out, he’d already set up a full professional tent over the system with high-tech equipment ready to go. He’d clearly come prepared for anything, water included (he even had his own cold bottle on hand).What really impressed me was when he pulled the serial and model numbers and contacted the manufacturer directly — he found a warranty I didn’t even know I had and saved me hundreds of dollars. The pricing was more than fair, and the work speaks for itself: the air conditioning is running perfectly.If you need HVAC work done right, by someone honest, professional, and genuinely good at what he does — this is your guy.

My air conditioner unit has been giving trouble for me the past couple of years. I've have called many AC repair specialists but they fixed the problem and after 3 months the unit goes down. This guy, Damien from Maximum Air comes in, does a proper diagnostic and explains to me what is going on in a way that I could understand.
