My husband has been having back pain for several years. The PTs there were excellent and went above and beyond to get to the root cause as to why he was getting this back pain. I appreciated the approach of root cause instead of managing and dealing with the current incident. Maria was extremely thorough and my husband felt heard and that she truly cared. We would recommend this to anyone!! He hasn't had back pain in several months now.I also saw Ben for knee pain I have had for 1 year. In our visit he found the root cause (which was my foot) and I was able to run 4 days back to back for the first time in 1 year! He was incredible and took so much time to find the root of the issue.

I went to see Savannah for several different issues I’ve been having while biking and during CrossFit that have developed since having kids. I’m an orthopedic physical therapist myself and I’ve seen several pelvic floor therapist in the past and I see a huge value in their expertise. I did research when looking for a pelvic floor therapist that would have the knowledge and expertise I was looking for and Savannah definitely exceeded my expectations. She was very thorough and tailored the treatments to meet all my concerns and issues across various activities. I learned a lot from Savannah and would recommend her to anyone looking for a pelvic floor therapist.

I have been seen Ben at Fit and function for over 1 year . I am a new runner (last 2 years ) and being 49 yrs old I am at risk of having some injuries. Ben and Fit and Function has got me ready and recover through 3 half marathons and 1 marathon and ready for my second one in 2 weeks. He does a personalized careful evaluation of your symptoms and evaluate your running form and correct and improve where is needed and if any injuries occur ( which they have, he helped me recover and come back stronger ). Best investment ever !

Dr. Maria at Fit & Function was incredibly helpful with my return to running.I suffered from IT band pain and didn't know what to do. Her tailored program helped me strengthen my weak areas and build my confidence to get back on the trail.I'll absolutely return to Fit & Function if I need more running rehab down the road.

I would recommend Ben and the Fit and Function team to anyone who is dealing with any running injuries or pain! I’m a beginner runner that developed plantar fasciitis while training for my first half marathon. I tried some online programs but nothing ever made my pain fully go away. When it started to get worse again when training for my second half I knew I needed to see a PT in person. Ben did an amazing job of diagnosing the problem and helping to strengthen the weak areas that were causing my pain. He made sure I was using appropriate weight on the exercises and encouraged me to continue training for the race while rehabbing, which I was so grateful for! He was also very willing to work around my busy schedule and kids. After a few months of working with him, I was able to run my race without any foot pain and also hit my goal time for the race! Even better is I have zero foot pain after the race as well! 10/10 experience with Ben and I will absolutely be back if anything else ever pops up!

My experience at Fit & Function was nothing but spectacular. Coming into the program as a non-runner, Ben provided me with the knowledge and conditioning required to prepare for a half Ironman. His approach to conditioning is completely different to what I’ve experienced from other PT’s.I highly recommend any athlete to visit their studio!

Maria was absolutely amazing!!! I had 3 knee injuries (IT band friction syndrome, fat pad impingement and a femur stress reaction) and Maria figured out that I had a stress reaction before anyone else. I was dealing with knee pain and wasn’t able to run for almost two years. It wasn’t until I started working with Maria that I finally made progress and now I am able to run again! I can’t thank Maria enough, she gave my life back and I am so forever grateful!
