As a result of all my struggles with now my ex-husband, I ended up with some criminal charges. Trisha was very open and honest about how hard it would be but was so supportive and said she would really fight for me. I had all but given up till she encouraged me to keep fighting. We did not win right away and had some set backs but she informed me what I needed to do for next time. She always answered my emails and questions even though my case ended. Morales Padia Law is an exceptional law firm at painting a picture and initially representing their abilities behind faces of lies. The initial call was received with open arms, promises of financial payments, strong representation in court and 24/7 communication. Unfortunately, after paying the deposit the attorney, not using their real name, called ?enise seemed to disappear from the case and was un-present for the planning stages. Realistically when ?enise called the morning of trial asking me to bring my proof, documentation, text strands and a statement of what we were trying to prove in court, I should have taken off running. But this being my first time with an attorney and already having paid the initial deposit I was too scared to drop out, for fear that I would lose my children without representation. Only if I had known. My attorney met me at the courthouse 5 minutes before the trial scheduling and didn’t recognize who I was at first. I had to introduce myself and remind ?enise who I was. Anyone see any red flags yet? As the trial began I was immediately envious of the representation that my ex had brought as she was stern, to the point, and fought for her client. $enise understood the narcissism that my ex brought to the relationship as well as the narcissism that the CPS representative pointed out in her case study, but not one time brought up the emotional abuse that was endlessly handed to me in my 14 years of marriage. Multiple times during the case, the opposing party would lie to the judge and I had proof, that I had to bring because $enise couldn’t provide it, but not one time did $enise stand up for me or my kids. Instead $enise would sit there quietly, seemingly annoyed that we were in court. Needless to say, I lost my case to a Narcissist, lost my kids, lost my dignity, lost my well being. I would highly recommend that you take your money somewhere else, unless you are ok with burning your money for fun, then they definitely will provide you with an unbelievable story to tell all of your friends. I don’t know why this Morales Padia Law employees people such as $enise and I don’t know how they can sleep at night knowing they steal from people in need. I wish the best for $enise and Morales Padia Law and I hope some day they will be worth the change that I find in the parking lot. Less
