I had been experiencing back pain/pelvic area pain/spasms that regular physical therapy could not address. And it was only through Uplift that I really got relief for all of these. I never would have figured that out or gotten true pain relief if it hadn't been for Melissa at Uplift. Their entire team is a great group of people and I am truly grateful for their services.

I’m so grateful for my experience with UpLift! My physical therapist has been absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning, she took the time to truly listen to me and validate my concerns, which made me feel so comfortable and understood.Scheduling appointments have been a breeze and front desk was incredibly accommodating and adapting to my schedule.The exercises I've been given have been incredibly helpful, and I’m already starting to feel a difference in my body and notice progress. I love that everything is tailored specifically to what my body needs, and I feel like I finally have the tools to strengthen and reconnect with my body in the right way.I’m excited to continue seeing my progress and highly recommend seeing the amazing PTs at UpLift.
