I was extremely happy with my results at UpLift PT!I was fairly active before my c-section and after, I didn’t feel like myself, my core was weak and I thought I may have developed diastis recti from having been pregnant with twins. After receiving PT and working with Melissa Stendahl (she’s awesome btw) I gained my confidence back. She heard my concerns and at the same time challenged me to push myself after feeling unmotivated at times postpartum. I also appreciated that sometimes I was able to bring my 10 month old twins so I wouldn’t miss a session.I have learned a lot and I am so thankful. I am now back at working out like normal again!

I had been experiencing back pain/pelvic area pain/spasms that regular physical therapy could not address. And it was only through Uplift that I really got relief for all of these. I never would have figured that out or gotten true pain relief if it hadn't been for Melissa at Uplift. Their entire team is a great group of people and I am truly grateful for their services.

Dr. Marissa is great! I was really nervous about my first visit but she made me feel very comfortable and I felt like she was actually listening to me and my concerns. Very professional and knowledgeable glad I finally decided to try PT again! will definitely recommend

I’m so grateful for my experience with UpLift! My physical therapist has been absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning, she took the time to truly listen to me and validate my concerns, which made me feel so comfortable and understood.Scheduling appointments have been a breeze and front desk was incredibly accommodating and adapting to my schedule.The exercises I've been given have been incredibly helpful, and I’m already starting to feel a difference in my body and notice progress. I love that everything is tailored specifically to what my body needs, and I feel like I finally have the tools to strengthen and reconnect with my body in the right way.I’m excited to continue seeing my progress and highly recommend seeing the amazing PTs at UpLift.
