Knowing other campsites may have more amenities, but the quiet surroundings, the beautiful landscaping, fishing and the reasonable cost is what we have been looking for and we will probably be back before summer is done!!!

This is our go-to stop in Pensacola when travelling through and want conveniently reach the beach but enjoy a quiet park.The National Seashore is about 30 mins away if you take the toll bridge.The park offers level sites and full hookups. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is a laundry room and bathhouse on site as wellSites have picnic tables and premium sites nice views of the water. A bridge spans the water to connect the two sections.Price is nice too for the amenities available. Just finished our 3rd or 4th stay.

Stayed at Avalon Landing last summer and summer before that. Its a nice Park with friendly staff. The rates are reasonable for the area and its not too far from the beach if you don't mind taking a scenic drive to it. Its not too far from Milton for shopping, yet nicely secluded away from the city. Easy access for the larger rigs since its a minute away from I-10, so its easy to find and park larger rigs. Bring lots of bug spray though!

We have enjoyed coming to this park as snowbirds for the past nine years. We have always been comfortable and felt welcomed. A true home away from home.

I didn't stay here. I went to purchase propane. They refill your tanks. I came late(they close at 5pm) but they were so nice and filled them for me anyway. They have a boardwalk. Boat ramp and pool.

Nice park, spacious sites with paved roads. Clean facilities and very helpful and friendly staff. Gave us maps and local info for dining, shopping, sightseeing and emergency help. Rates are good with full hookups.

Beautiful park! I can’t comment on the bathrooms because we pulled in after hours . We paid in the morning and were out by noon. The staff was kind and friendly. We will be adding this place to our list of favorite rv parks.

Great campground with spots you can pull straight into looking at the water. The staff there are great people especially Nick who was friendly and helpful. Want him to know we made it safely to our next campsite.

We found Avalon Landing google searching parks on our way to Destin. We just needed one night. I called ahead and asked if they had room for two big 5th wheels, the very nice lady told us to come on in they have space. We arrived after closing and they waited on us. We were escorted to our sites and told to just relax and settle up in the morning before we leave. Our sites were two very large and level pull through sites that were very easy to set up and in the perfect spot to head strait out the next morning. Even the cable tv hook ups worked. The park is beautiful, with a large pond and boardwalk going through it. The next morning we paid up and chatted with the owners. They were so nice and helpful with directions/suggestions to our final destination. This was the perfect stop after a long 12hr pull from central Texas. We will make this our Florida stop over for all our future vacations there. They are nicely located so it would be a great stop for several nights to check out the area. Thank you Avalon Landing RV

Contrary to some of the other reviews I have to say we had a great experience here. The people running it at check in were very nice and kind and never seen or heard them again about any issues. Park is very quaint and nice. We have a 47.5’ fifth wheel and didn’t find the park to be tight at all. Thank you Jim for allowing us. Beautiful park.

We stopped here for 3 nights on our way out of Florida. Our site was clean, level, long enough for our 44ft. Motorhome and had a great view. The location was convenient for some day trips. The park was quiet, clean and friendly.
