We hired CWC to fix a cracked, sagging ceiling. Scheduling the initial appointment online was easy, and Claudio sent a very detailed estimate soon after his visit. He was communicative throughout the project, punctual, and did a great prep work to seal off the space where they were working in an effort to minimize dust. I never thought I could love a ceiling, but I can honestly say every time I look at it, I am in awe. No more cracks, no scary sag. Just a beautiful flat surface. Would absolutely hire again.

He has a great personality—friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly takes pride in his work. He even went above and beyond by helping me with another small fix I needed done. I recently hired CWC for a ceiling repair and was very impressed with their transparency and professionalism.On Day 1, they handled the sheetrock installation and applied two coats of joint compound. I appreciated that they were very clear about the scope—the initial phase covered the install and compound (material included), with the understanding that sanding and painting were separate.On Day 2, I opted for the additional service to have them return for the sanding, priming, and two finish coats on the ceiling. They were upfront that this didn't include trim or walls, so there were no surprises.What stood out most was their communication. CWC was incredibly communicative throughout the process and did a great job working around the tenants' busy schedules to make sure the work got done without a headache.
