I noticed water spots on my ceiling and called Greg at RGR. He came out the same day, climbed into my attic, and quickly found a damaged area on the roof. They provided a same-day quote for both repairing the damage and replacing the roof, since mine was already 12 years old.Greg also took the time to explain the fortified roof grant and how, with the grant, I would essentially pay about half the cost of a new roof while also qualifying for a home insurance discount. After calling my insurance company and hearing the annual savings, it was clear that replacing the roof made the most sense.I was approved for the grant within days, and less than a week later my new roof was installed. The entire process took about a week and a half from Greg’s first visit to completion. The crew arrived at 7 AM and by 1 PM the roof was finished, the yard was spotless, and they were gone. The workmanship was phenomenal, the process was smooth, and the results speak for themselves. Not to mention, very shortly after they wrapped up we had a big flash coastal storm that put the new roof to the test almost immediately! I highly recommend RGR!

RGR Construction recently replaced our roof. Elliot made the entire process easy and simple. Everything was explained and any and all questions were answered. On the day of the work, I received picture updates of the work. Once completed, they clean up so well it was like they hadn't been here at all. Our roof looks fantastic! Highly recommend!

Elliott came out to view my roof and answer the many questions that I had prior to his team being selected. He was very attentive , friendly, courteous and professional. He did an excellent job of representing the company. After my selection, and the schedule was set, The RGR team showed up on time, kept me informed via real-time updates. Shane and the team were very friendly, courteous, and professional. They made sure the roofing project went above and beyond the required standards to meet from the NC Strengthen your Roof program. They also cleaned up prior to leaving. My hat's off to Elliott, Shane and the entire RGR Team that replaced my roof. Thanks everyone for a job well done.

We chose RGR to install a new fortified roof on our house. Their bid was detailed and reasonable, and everything verbally stated was included in the contract. Their representative, Elliott Rue, was courteous, knowledgeable, and diligent about keeping us informed every step of the way. The roofing team was well coordinated and quickly replaced the roof, providing photo documentation every step of the way. They also cleaned up very well when the work was done. RGR exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend them.

RGR Construction and Roofing performed a roof "tune-up" and applied their RoofRestor treatment spray. They also repaired damaged ridge shingles and sealed where needed. The roof looks great and I'm very happy with the treatment. I would highly recommend RGR Construction and Roofing for your roofing needs.

Absolute professional services provided. Trade work completed flawlessly. The pool deck extension flowed seamlessly into the original deck. County inspector was impressed with the quality of work. Additionally, we asked that RGR provide some oversight of the pool cage installation which was provided. RGR worked well in coordinating with the cage as well as the Landscaper. Mr. Jesse Conner performed extremely well working with all subcontractors from different companies, and his communication with us was simply outstanding. Mr. Greg Gieg, the owner of RGR, spent time on site as well. Obviously we were extremely happy with all facets of their time devoted to our project. BZ!Ray & Carol Lopez

We had a fortified roof installed. They were thorough and on target with their estimate. I have never had a construction company provide so much documentation of the work they did. The roof looks great and I have pictures of all of the steps, thanks to their documentation. Great job.

Great experience start to finish with Elliot & his crew. We reached out for an inspection of a metal roof leak & they came right away to inspect. Quoted within a couple of days. Let me have more than enough time to do my homework, checking other company quotes, etc. In the end we went with RGR because Elliot put in the work.. the time & energy to get on the roof, check things out & work up the plans to fix the issues. On top of meeting or beating th3 competition.I texted him on a Thursday night & the following Tuesday morning his crew was on the roof. The repair took a couple hours longer than anticipated, but they still got it done in the day.Would recommend Elliot & RGR for any of your roofing needs.
