Best physical rehabilitation center! The front desk staff is very polite and helpful. Dr. Paul has an extensive amount of knowledge and was able to pinpoint the exact issue I was having. Great experience so far! Conveniently close to my job and able to go in between work. Dr Paul is great to work with and feeling relief after a couple of visits and see that the steps he is taking are working. Staff is friendly and able to book my future appointments online.Dr Paul is patient and takes time in the physical therapy steps with my recovery. Will highly recommend.Andre

I was absolutely shocked by this experience and genuinely cannot understand how this practice has five-star reviews.For those that choose this office, to note: parking in the area is essentially nonexistent, so you must use a garage that costs approximately $9-$11 for an hour to an hour and ten minutes. The studio itself also looks like an old apartment that was never intended to be a PT space and could really use a good clean or refresh. These would have been minor inconveniences had the actual experience been good.I called ahead to explain I might be five minutes late due to parking, yet still waited another 15–20 minutes. My appointment was at 9:30 a.m., but Doctor Paul didn’t arrive until 10 a.m. When he walked in, he passed me without eye contact, a smile, or even a hello.During our brief consultation, he asked about my pain level and what I hoped to get out of PT, despite my having already provided my prescription and surgical history following a microdiscectomy just two and a half weeks earlier. He was abrupt, stoic, and entirely lacking in warmth or compassion.He briefly checked my incision, asked about my lifestyle, and then excused himself to “go take notes.” I never saw him again. Instead, his assistant entered the room and walked me through a few extremely basic exercises. There was no evaluation of my movement or range of motion, no hands-on assessment, and no physical guidance or correction during the exercises. When we finished, I was given no clear instructions for continuing at home, and Doctor Paul never returned to check on me or discuss next steps.I subsequently discussed the experience with a friend who is a physical therapist, who raised serious concerns about the lack of an initial evaluation. The following day, I visited another PT practice, where a proper evaluation was the very first thing they did. The contrast was remarkable.I was expecting a professional assessment, appropriate guidance, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, I received none of those things. Between the lack of clinical assessment and the dismissive patient experience, I would not return or recommend this practice.

Dr James is honestly the best practitioner I’ve seen in my whole life. He’s super personable, deeply cares about fixing your symptoms and tries everything he can to get you feeling not just better, but better than before you were injured. This place is nothing like those factory-like physical therapy places. His team is also amazing and lovely to work with!! Would 100% recommend to anyone. Thank you Dr James!!

Super friendly staff, they did shockwave therapy for my plantar fascia pain and I felt a difference right away. Will definitely be back!
