I just want to thank you for offering such wonderful courses. I’ve been to another studio before where there were 20+ students in an aerial yoga class, and the trainer only stayed at the front without assisting anyone. AirSpace is an excellent studio that offers a range of classes that enable you to build strength and flexibility. All coaches are highly qualified and experienced in modifying the exercises to suit different levels of fitness and personal goals. And it’s a great community, too. Everybody feels welcome, we cheer and support one another and celebrate improvements and achievements. I love that AirSpace has resident physiotherapists and sports massage therapists who teach some of the classes and do an amazing job in explaining what’s happening to our bodies when we stretch and exercise. I just achieved my first ever front splits touch down (at the age of 48).Oh, and the Christmas Party beats any corporate shindig hands down! Come and join us, you will love it!
