Great experience with this team out of Plantersville. We went back and forth on what we wanted to do and Emily in the office was happy to answer every question until we decided. The two guys that came out today were on time, super nice, worked quickly, and gave me helpful tips about my oven and propane in general.

I really like this place friendly staff, fair prices, I like the Loyalty Card setup every 10 bottle fills i get one free! Ive had probably 4 free fills up to now, we use alot of propane. If your outta Trinity I suggest making the drive to support this business the service is much quicker and better than the one in Trinity thats next to the Spider B Gone building. I needed propane for a back-up portable generator. Charlotte in the office was helpful in explaining the tank options, how long tanks last, how long propane last and prices. After talking, I decided on a 250 gallon tank over the 100 lb portable tanks. Joe came out to help site it, and due to septic lines preventing access for the 250 gallon tank, Joe told me about a 120 gallon tank. The next day I had a quote, we knocked out a couple questions and the tank was here and installed the following day. Joe was very friendly and knowledgable, walked me through how to hook it up, did a leak test, we powered up the generator and it was a done deal. Very easy to work with and responsive.

I had a good experience with this company. The lady on the phone was very nice and informative and when I came into the office the shop hand guy was also very nice and helpful and he knew what I needed once I got there. He quickly got the part I needed and even got the fittings and hose on it and I was on my way. The whole process was easy and for the service and parts I got well worth the price I highly recommend them for any propane tank parts or propane needs
