Time for a new roof; self paid with no insurance aide so we were exceptionally picky to choose the right company. From the beginning, after speaking with Bailey for just a few minutes, we felt like our new roof installation would be in good hands. And, let me tell you she did not disappoint. Professional, informative, communicative and friendly from start to finish.Day of install, Jacob (crew supervisor) was prompt, professional and quite attentive during the entire process. He would send updated text messages with multiple drone photos throughout the day which we found to be an exceptional tool in his toolbox. Even made sure we'd let him know if we needed to enter or leave our home so he'd stop the crews briefly to protect us.A special shout out to the entire crew. Man, they were incredible ~ the work ethic we witnessed should be a teaching video for any new company to view.I don't lavish praise lightly but this was an all-around good experience for us!

Office staff were on top of scheduling and answering my questions. Guys got the entire job done in a single day. They were diligent about cleanup, too. Scott and Jacob kept me well informed throughout the entire process and worked with me to manage my dogs during the day. Overall a great experience.

Academy Roofing is a trustworthy, reliable company that did a fantastic job installing a new roof on my house. I had an unusual situation where honey bees were discovered during the job and the roofers had to wait for someone to come and remove the bees before the job was completed. Academy helped install brackets so the extermination company could take care of the bees.I also had some interior damage when new skylights were put in along with the roof. Academy sent a sheet rock repair painter not once, but twice, to assure that my home was as pristine as before.I especially want to thank Bailey Typer for her friendly manner and quick response to all my emails, texts and phone calls. I never felt that I was left hanging, waiting for her to get back to me. This is the type of excellent customer service you should expect from your roofing company.
