We had a new roof installed that included full tear off. Scott was very knowledgeable and we appreciated his expertice, patience and recommendations as we decided our final selections. His product knowledge and details of what to expect was accurate. He was honest, no pressure of upsales or commitment. Melinda's coordination and communication was also appreciated. Jacob and crew did a great job of the tearoff, new application and cleanup. He kept us updated throughout the crew's process. No "Suprises" either! We appreciated the transparency and communication throughout the full process....even weeks after the installation when we needed additional information for insurance. Would highly recommend!
