Scott helped us sell our $2MM+ house in Brookhaven. As one can imagine, we had so many questions. After paying 3% for every house we sold, we knew there had to be a catch to a 1% commission. We were mistaken. Scott, as a selling agent, couldn’t have done anything more to sell our house that a 3% commission agent would do. From detailed CMAs to determine the correct price, to the professional photos/drone shots he scheduled, from his presence in each showing/open house to his responsiveness and seamless communication…. Scott has been fantastic (and pleasantly surprised us throughout the process). He is honest, he is himself, and he genuinely cares. If you don’t believe me, I am posting two pictures of Scott blowing leaves in our back yard and cleaning debris from our pool before a showing and we were out of town. We didn’t ask him to do this!!! I would be hard pressed to find a %3 agent that would do this. That speaks volumes on Scott’s work ethic and connection to his clients on a personal level. We will work with him in our next project.
