From the moment we chatted on the phone I knew that I had the right company. Rob came over for an estimate and he walked us step by step on design and timeline. Communication was amazing during the install. Letting ua know if anything would be delayed. We are super pleased with our closets and couldn't be happier with Bayou closets. Our custom closet is absolutely beautiful and meticulously installed. This 1840 creole cottage brings major challenges to an installation and every drawer closes smoothly, the implementation is flawless and the overall design is just fantastic. These guys crushed it. Our home is relatively new, but brand new to us. We had four closets and a pantry and nowhere to keep anything! Rob and the guy who did the install (i forget his name in sorry!!!) GAVE US EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED AND ASKED FOR for less than every other quote. It wasn't cheap, but it was a big project, and everyone else wanted more. I'd actually call this rating a 4.98 because communication was imperfect, mostly while we were waiting for things to arrive before the install, but if that's my biggest issue, then I'll live. The project took a bit longer than I anticipated, which was a minor inconvenience, but it took a long as it had to for one guy doing all the work. I'll happily recommend them to others with similar needs, no hesitation.

I knew when we bought our house that one of the bedrooms was going to be designated as my dressing room. I called around, got a few quotes, and had a few different companies draw up what I had envisioned. But no one got what I had pictured in my head like KaCey with Bayou Closets. He was such a good listener, it only took a few different moc ups for him to fulfill all my closet dreams! For the first time in years, I finally feel like all my clothes have a home. They are family ran, and they treat you like you’re a part of their family from the moment they step foot in your house. Everyone who works for them is kind, caring, and so hardworking. I am so happy with how my dressing room turned out. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They deserve it!
