I had an issue with my A/C unit at my home and, of course, it happened on a Friday at 8:00 PM. I looked up Cale’s number and gave him a call. He not only took my call, but also took the time to ask plenty of questions to understand my issue. He also offered to FaceTime with me to diagnose my issue further.Cale then took the time to set up an appointment for me on Saturday to get everything back up and running. Not only did he have someone able to come out on a weekend, but there was no extra charge either!His technician Scott was amazing! It took him no time at all to figure out what was going on. He even added a clean out to make preventative maintenance easier, he walked me through what happened and how to prevent it in the future, and we discussed the maintenance plan that they had to help me as well. While we were discussing the payment he took the time to interact with my family and make them laugh. Scott is the best!!Cale, Scott, and the entire team at Always Be Cooling are extremely nice, helpful, professional, and will go above and beyond to help in any way they can to ensure that you are completely taken care of.
