If this review would allow me to leave 10 stars, I would!I worked directly with the owner, Cale, to have his team install a complete new HVAC system in a new home. Cale has been outstanding. His team has been outstanding. We went from talking about a new system and getting an initial quote, to agreeing on a price (which was VERY competitive) and starting the layout within a matter of days. His team was very thorough and very professional. As we made progress with the home, Cale was in touch with me on a regular basis to maintain an understanding of when certain parts of the system could be installed, based on the progress of the home. I did not need to call him to find out when he could come back -- he called me to stay on top of it!I wish many of the other contractors that I have used for the home were as thorough and on top of things like Cale has been. I have already recommended him to friends, and would recommend Cale and Always Be Cooling to anyone that needs a new system, or a system repair. You will not be disappointed. Jeff

The owner has great intentions and motivations with this business. I was told on my first call that he started the business because he wanted to do what was right (not always find a problem or make a problem). Yet, I had the same bad experience with this company as another I was trying to run from. The tech's knowledge and expertise is questionable. I'm glad they addressed my problem and am confident they finally got the problem fixed but it took more than 4 trips and countless calls to get the initial problem I called about fixed! The office staff is friendly and they are reasonably priced. They are punctual and dependable.

Came home from a trip to find my a/c drain clogged. Called Cale from Alwsys Be Cooling who I have service contract with. Sent a great tech (David) within an hour or so. David did a great job clearing the clog, cleaned everything up like it never happened.A/c now working fine again.I highly recommend Cale and his team.

Always Be Cooling has earned our trust for life. My husband does not trust our AC system to anyone, and while he was in the hospital with heart issues our system suddenly stopped working. I called and explained the situation and they immediately understood how important it was. They sent someone out the same day and even talked directly with my husband on the phone from his hospital bed so he could understand exactly what was happening.They ordered the part we needed and kept us updated the entire time. When the part arrived my husband was finally out of the hospital and I was the one in the hospital, and the way they handled everything blew me away. The staff and the technician were professional, kind, patient, and truly treated us like family during a very stressful time.We have never had an AC company we fully trusted until now. We do now. Always Be Cooling is honest, dependable, and compassionate, and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a company that actually cares about the people they serve.Thank you for everything you did for us. I had an issue with my A/C unit at my home and, of course, it happened on a Friday at 8:00 PM. I looked up Cale’s number and gave him a call. He not only took my call, but also took the time to ask plenty of questions to understand my issue. He also offered to FaceTime with me to diagnose my issue further.Cale then took the time to set up an appointment for me on Saturday to get everything back up and running. Not only did he have someone able to come out on a weekend, but there was no extra charge either!His technician Scott was amazing! It took him no time at all to figure out what was going on. He even added a clean out to make preventative maintenance easier, he walked me through what happened and how to prevent it in the future, and we discussed the maintenance plan that they had to help me as well. While we were discussing the payment he took the time to interact with my family and make them laugh. Scott is the best!!Cale, Scott, and the entire team at Always Be Cooling are extremely nice, helpful, professional, and will go above and beyond to help in any way they can to ensure that you are completely taken care of.

Great company, great employees! They blew in insulation in the attic of my 50-year-old house, and it has made a huge difference - my air conditioner now runs so much less to keep the house nice and cool.
