After getting 3 other quotes it was clear that Nexgen was going to be the best choice. John and Kris removed our old tilt a door and replaced it with a panel lift. John installed a roller door to the rear of our garage today (new build; no door there previously). We found John to be very professional, responsive to our emails, and knowledgeable, offering advice as to which door would be best, and pros/cons of manual vs automated.Due to an issue at the manufacturer's end, our door was unfortunately delayed; while this was frustrating, Nexgen kept us updated throughout the process, until we could arrange a time for the install.The door looks and works great, and John also shared tips for caring for both our new roller door, and our existing garage door.Definitely recommend and would engage again 👍

I highly reccomend Nexgen garage doors and gates. I had a different company come out yesterday quoting me ridiculous prices saying parts needed replacement that simply didn’t.John saved the day and sorted the door out at such an affordable price and was out in 24 hrs to help!
