They expertly guided me through the preparation and burial while seamlessly coordinating with another state's funeral home. Nicole went above and beyond, flawlessly coordinating with the St. Pius X Catholic Church funeral coordinator, as well as the caterers for the luncheon. We recently lost a loved one.I had no idea how much there is to planning a funeral.Rianna from Mueller Funeral home made everything so easy by going through step by step the process with great communication throughout the planning.The day of the funeral was well organized, relaxed atmosphere. The staff at the funeral did an excellent job with meeting our needs during the funeral.It didnt end there either. The aftercare surprised me. I didnt think we would need an aftercare session but again they walked us through the steps of closing out accounts and things I didnt really think of.Along with taking care of setting up the burial at Fort Snelling for us for our loved one.I highly recommend Mueller Funeral home. They exceeded my expectations giving us peace and comfort.

Because my partner passed away very quickly, we did not have specific end of life planning in place other than discussing that we were interested in finding something eco-friendly and personally meaningful. I had only done enough research to know that there were 'green' options in the Twin Cities metro area but nothing more specific. My first contact with Mueller was from the hospital and they were everything I was hoping for and more. Katie assured me that there were simple, green options available, helped me quickly set up a meeting for the next day and took care of the arrangements to take custody from the hospital. They communicated with the cemetery, took care of many official details, presented us with various options and helped us identify how to make arrangements that reflected our values. The hybrid hearse was a small detail that my spouse would have loved. The availability of Full Circle AfterCare support services was the icing on the cake. I am continuing to make use of that help in getting all the 'official' details of bereavement taken care of. I would not hesitate to recommend Interra Green Burial at Mueller Memorial to anyone. Katie and the entire staff were amazing and supportive under the most difficult of circumstances.

My husband and I were given a companion plot at Evergreen Memorial. I looked on a map to locate the funeral home closest to Evergreen, and Mueller Memorial came up. I originally based my selection upon proximity to the cemetery, but today I have many more reasons for choosing them. I think the biggest one is Mary. Before meeting with her, family and I said that we need to practice saying “No”, “No we don’t want that.” Mary was never pushy, she offered what they had, then have us space to say yes or no. I’ve heard horror stories of people in grief walking away from a meeting with the funeral home with tons of stuff they never intended to purchase.Mueller Memorial was very respectful of my husbands body, from home pickup, to the Cemetary internment.Mary did a hundred little things that made the process gentler to handle.This I’ll say from the bottom of my heart, when you’re walking through the worst day of your life, you’ll want Mary right there beside you.I’m pleased I chose Mueller Memorial. Thank you Mary for everything.
