After I read the review about how bad your service was by this woman, I’m appalled! My daughter passed away and of course the most difficult day of my life! Mary and her staff were so kind, caring, helpful, understanding, sympathetic! I can’t say enough! They helped me through something so so sad and unreal! The funeral was beautiful! If you have a grudge against your family please don’t do not take it out on those wonderful people at Mueller! Thank you for taking care of my Mandy at that unbelievable time! Over the last 12 years I have been involved directly with planning 7 funerals and have attended many others at Mueller in WBL. I cannot express enough, as to what a wonderful experience considering such difficult times, that I have had with everyone there. The professionalism and kindness is beyond all expectations. I have worked with Mary with most of these services. She is incredible! Her kindness and consideration is top notch! She gives a great hug to top it off! I would highly recommend them. They truly make a very difficult situation easier. Thank you all so much!Angie Downs

I have to say I’ve been to Mueller's as a guest and as a customer .. Mary has to be one of the most professional, kind ,compassionate a perfectionist what ever you need she will bend over backwards to make it happen!! Every person I engaged with who works there is professional and kind ..my mothers funeral was beautiful ❤️I’m sure we will see you again but let’s hope it’s years off !! I have lost loved ones and have planned several funerals. Never have I been so poorly treated as I was at this funeral home.The day prior to my mother's services I stopped by to see that all the arrangements that my mother herself had arranged were in fact handled. I asked if I could see my mother prior to her services in private to say my goodbye before everyone else arrived. The funeral director was busy with another family and couldn't answer my questions as she didn't have my mother's file with her. Which I completely understood. She took my number and said she would call me when she was finished with the family that was there waiting to meet with her. She phoned me that evening and informed me that I would be able to see my mother at 9:30 prior to her services. I was thankful to have that little time to be with her alone. The weather was -20 below and my vehicle did not start so I had to take a lyft to the funeral home. I arrived there at 9:45 exactly and was asked to wait in the foyer. I went and used the rest room and a friend of mine came in and said my whole family is in there with my mom and I needed to go in there. I went in to see my mother at 9:50. Her casket was already closed. My family had all had time with her. Actually my sister and niece had time with her the rest of the people that were in there with her were not family but friends of my sister. Regardless my mother's casket was closed and the doors to the service area had been opened for guests that were attending my mother's funeral to come in and say their goodbyes.I went and found the funeral director and asked why my mother's casket had been closed and she said it was my mother's wishes. Which is fine. But her service was not scheduled to begin until 10:00am and it was 9:50 and I was not given time with my mother nor did I get to see her. She had specific requests like to be buried with her wedding ring on. I have no idea if that infact happened because I did not get to view my mother. I am unsure as to why her casket was closed early but the fact that it was closed and family members that had arrived before 10 never got to see her and say their goodbyes either.Besides not getting to view my Mother, when I asked why her casket had been closed already, I was made to feel that it would be an inconvenience to open her casket again and the funeral director wanted to check with my sister as to make sure that it would be ok to open it up again and she also informed me that it would be very brief if they did reopen her casket as other guests had now been allowed in the service area. So the private moment I had asked for was gone and would be brief at best.All of my mother's children should have been extended the same considerations given to our sister. You left us with goodbyes that never got said and anger that should have never been there. You took a day that was for closure and a start to healing and added damage to already open wounds.How I was treated and how my mother's funeral was handled was extremely disappointing to say the very least. And please know that I am being as respectful as possible as I write this review. Because if I wrote how angry and pissed off I truly am this review would be filled with explicit and vulgar language. I am quite certain that my review would not make your page. If by chance it does actually make it to your reviews, I pray that no other family will ever have to deal with issues like this. I can never get back what you took from me. A day of healing turned into a day of added loss and pain.Disappointed and Angry doesn't begin to describe my experience.Cynthia Winegarner
