Paul made our first home buy so easy and stress-free. My wife and I had such a bad experience with a previous realtor years ago that we ended up abandoning escrow on our first home. Paul was so sensitive to our newbie status in real estate and proceeded to hand-hold our every move and answer every dumb question (and believe me, being new to this, there were lots of dumb questions). Coming out of the pandemic, the inventory was low, the interest rates were rising, and sellers were still asking for top price on what little inventory was still out there. Paul was able to guide us to our ‘sweet spot’ and we were able to pounce on our target home at a moment’s notice. His team was reliable and performed like clockwork when we gave the green light. There were other bids, but Paul and his team were able to guide us to a smooth landing and winning offer. When you go with Paul, you’re going with someone who is always available to you – I can’t remember how many times I texted him late at night after having gotten off work, or at the first break of dawn in the morning, and I always got a response and a thoughtful opinion on various homes and the status of the market. It was truly like having a family mentor simplifying and guiding us through the complicated real estate and financial language that would have otherwise been so ‘Greek’ to us. And Paul’s relationships to other realtors, loan brokers, contractors, inspectors, movers, and repairman is second to none. His recommendations are always 5-star and we have yet to run into any problems with any of his endorsements. We would have never thought to look in Camarillo, hadn’t it been for Paul. He convinced us the city, the location, and the house were exactly what we would need. And we couldn’t be happier! We’re just upset that our everyday relationship with Paul has come to an end, but we’re already thinking of the future when we use Paul for our next purchase and sell!

Paul and his team stuck with us through what turned out to be an arduous process because of legal issues with the property, I would definitely use them again. Their communication throughout a 10 month odyssey was exemplary. He managed the need of both the buyers and us as the sellers in a fair and equitable manner. Usually within minutes when something needed to be done I was informed and guided. Even after the sale the team has been helpful and more than willing to get us any information we have requested.
