The food was great, but the best part was our waiter! Absolutely the BEST service I've ever had ANYWHERE! (I just wish I could remember the extra-friendly, kind, funny, old guy's name!). (I found my receipt! His name is RAFAEL! The bearer of crunchy tortilla chips and tasty salsa, fabulous food, and provider of multiple dad jokes, handshakes and pats on the shoulder, and those "to die for" sweet treat topped cinnamon tortilla deserts!) This was our first time in Spokane, and it was so special, we came back a second time 3 days later! It's a LONG ride from Minnesota, but we look forward to seeing Rafael and eating at RANCHO CHICO again soon! Thanks again for 2 wonderful evenings. (Julie + John).

This was one of the best Mexican restaurants I've ever been to. The portions were huge, the beans we're outstanding! Our server was so attentive and even had us try an amazing dessert. Please come hungry.
