This place has always been a five star Mexican restaurant for me. This is my first visit there in eight years and the quality of the food is still the same. They are so consistent and quick with Service and friendly. The tables and decorations are representative of the Mexican heritage culture and the carved wood on their benches and seating and chairs is amazing the whole experience while you’re at Rancho Chico is the best. We thoroughly enjoyed it. I had Cameron à la Diablo and my husband ordered the shredded beef tacos. They serve you chips and salsa. Upon arrival. The chips are fresh and warm and crispy and the salsa is the perfect heat. The wait for the food is always short. The food was hot fresh and delicious. Unlike a lot of places at the end of the meal, they cleanse your pallet with a cinnamon sugar tortilla chip with lemon, sorbet, whipped cream and strawberry drizzle absolutely delicious. The weight staff is attentive and we will definitely be back every time we go through Spokane Washington.

Nobody's perfect, so when we had an order of nachos get messed up. They were so quick to make it again and make it how my wife wanted it. They apologized and fixed the order fast. Nothing but respect and 5 stars. They treat their customers right and it shows.

Had a great experience. Service is always on point. Food was fabulous. They dont have Birria tacos my kids favorite but tacos el carbon is close. Happy.
