Just had Revive out to clean my dryer duct. It was extremely clogged by another maintenance person. A couple things that make any business successful are the quality of services/or products they offer, their expertise, pricing, and customer service. Excellent service. Cleaned our carpets and they look brand new. Their service left the stunning vacuum/cleaning marks in the carpet that sadly diminishes after tou walk on it. Jeff was not only professional, but also very friendly. The company sent the original text and email to give the appointment time frame and then another update (on the way), which was great. On time service, prompt, professional. He did a great job on the stairs and bedroom carpets. We are always impressed with the quality of his work. He always takes the time to make sure it is done right. I am allergic to many cleaners, but had no allergy issues with this cleaning. The rooms smell fresh, but don't have an overwhelming chemical smell. The carpets dry fast. My husband and I are always happy with Revive. Less
