Amazing experience here- From the three front desk staff i spoke to who made me feel like i was in such safe hands from the get go, the nurses and doctor Emily- I am a neurodivergent 30 year old with quite a bit of fear when it comes to the dentist. I took a weighted toy and a fidget and watched a wildlife documentary. I never once felt like backing out before the appointment, because everyone was so kind and accomidated my needs and a million questions. I ended up getting both of my problematic wisdom teeth removed. Obviously they were rooted really deep because of my age, but the team persisted and I left knowing I wouldn't need to come back for the second one ❤️ I even got a lift home afterwards :') and they helped me take advantage of my private health insurance as much as possible. Thank you Dr. Iran, Dr Anooshree and, branch manager Shreya Shetty for a seamless experience. I had to get 2 wisdom tooth extracted and it was a tricky one, but the doctors and their dental assistant did a fabulous job. They made sure at regular intervals that I was comfortable and kept informing me what was happening at every step of the process.I had a wonderful experience with them team and I highly recommend them.Thank you team!❤️

After suffering with excruciating tooth pain for several days and being unable to get an appointment with my regular dentist, I came across Lightwood Dental and I’m so glad I did.From the moment I called, the service was exceptional. After explaining my situation, they managed to fit me in within the hour, which was an incredible relief.Emily was absolutely amazing so caring, compassionate, and understanding. She took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. Her assistant was also wonderful, and the receptionist who took my initial call was so friendly and helpful. Every single person I interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring.I was feeling quite anxious about seeing a dentist, but the kindness and empathy shown by the whole team made such a difference. It’s rare to find a practice where everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for.I honestly feel like I’ve found a hidden gem.
