We had Caleb Brooks from Tesson Roofing out to give us an estimate on some repairs. We were looking for a second quote after having another company out to take a look. Caleb saved us thousands of dollars by letting us know our previous quote and was essentially all for unnecessary work. Couldn’t be happier with the service and professionalism. We will be using Tesson the next time we have any exterior work to be done.

The roof was put on my house and garage. They all did a good job putting it on and cleaning up. Also, there was always a manager here overseeing the project.The only problem I have is the communication with financial portion after the job is complete.

Everyone i spoke to was extremely helpful and polite. We needed our roof replaced through insurance and they were trying to only cover a portion. I worked most directly with Andrew and he was able to get my insurance company to cover the entire replacement. He was also quick to answer any questions I had since the whole process was new to me. They scheduled a date to drop off materials and begin the work, everything was right on time. The first company I worked with dragged things on forever, but once I called tesson I had a new completed roof about a month and a half. Most of that time was spent negotiating with my insurance company on my behalf. We had some issues with the air conditioner during the replacement and they were very fast and professional dealing with it, they resolved everything completely and we are very happy with our experience using this company. I will definitely be recommending them in the future.

Kevin Kaczerowski was responsive, professional, honest, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. From the first call to final payment, Tesson Roofing's customer service was great. Our representative Landon was very personable, communicative and effective at explaining the roof condition, materials, and answering all other questions. I felt confident that our roof was being done by an honest and competent. The crew showed up on schedule and finished in one day as planned. I have used Tesson Roofing in the past and they did an excellent job so I decided to go with them again to replace my gutters and repair a few shingles. I first spoke to Kevin Kaczerowski who consulted me on the work that needed to be done and we set a date. It took them no time at all to complete the work. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and my gutters look wonderful!

We had a fantastic experience with Tesson Roofing to replace our home's combo of flat and shingled (mansard?) roof prior to adding solar.Kevin and Annemarie were great during bid, install, and follow up. They were straight up about options and were honest about which upgrades suggested in other bids might provide value or overkill; they were neither the least or most expensive bids.A roof replacement is no doubt an expensive project and we are also comfortable with what we paid, neither the highest or lowest, and overall would work with Tesson again (though hopefully we don't need roof repair for a LONG time!)

We had a terrible leak in our home that caused a lot of damage. The roof was less than one year old and the roofing company that installed it wasn't taking responsibility. Tesson sent Jake to come by to look at our problem and pointed out the obvious reason but also revealed other areas that were of concern. Even though the heat index was over 100 degrees, Jake soldered on upon the roof with a full documentation and pictures to show us to use as discovery for a potential litigation. If I could hand out 6 stars, I would have. This company is top notch!!

We just had new roof and gutters installed. Carter came out to inspect our roof. He was very transparent with everything that would be completed and a time frame for completion. During the entire process he kept us informed of every step of the process. It was super easy contacting him if we had questions and a very rapid response, usually within 30 minutes.Patrick was very prompt with giving us the details of scheduling the actual work time frame.We could not be more pleased with the entire process and would recommend Tesson Roofing to anyone looking for roofing service.

I cannot express how much we appreciate Tesson Roofing and the great job they did on our roof. From Jack who was with us in the beginning going back and forth with the insurance and getting everything done to Rob following through making it happen to Patrick the on the job manager and the roofing crew who worked tirelessly early in morning before the sun came up without any breaks all day in the heat. And then after Patrick managing the crew all day, he then stayed made sure everything was cleaned up, picked up. He went over and above and did a fabulous job. Shoutout to Landon Robert with Tesson. I have a LOT of projects to work on at my house which means that I’m a bit more in the exploratory stage of where to start/long process of remodeling. Landon has been communicative, understanding, patient, flexible, helpful, and mainly gives the true vibe of wanting what’s best for the customer vs the company. It’s nice to interact with a PERSON and not a “salesman,” even though you know he’s also working hard to earn your business. I haven’t had them do any work yet- but Landon’s customer service is tipping me in Tesson’s favor when it comes to booking the jobs I need in future.
