We had a terrible leak in our home that caused a lot of damage. The roof was less than one year old and the roofing company that installed it wasn't taking responsibility. Tesson sent Jake to come by to look at our problem and pointed out the obvious reason but also revealed other areas that were of concern. Even though the heat index was over 100 degrees, Jake soldered on upon the roof with a full documentation and pictures to show us to use as discovery for a potential litigation. If I could hand out 6 stars, I would have. This company is top notch!!

We just had new roof and gutters installed. Carter came out to inspect our roof. He was very transparent with everything that would be completed and a time frame for completion. During the entire process he kept us informed of every step of the process. It was super easy contacting him if we had questions and a very rapid response, usually within 30 minutes.Patrick was very prompt with giving us the details of scheduling the actual work time frame.We could not be more pleased with the entire process and would recommend Tesson Roofing to anyone looking for roofing service.

I cannot express how much we appreciate Tesson Roofing and the great job they did on our roof. From Jack who was with us in the beginning going back and forth with the insurance and getting everything done to Rob following through making it happen to Patrick the on the job manager and the roofing crew who worked tirelessly early in morning before the sun came up without any breaks all day in the heat. And then after Patrick managing the crew all day, he then stayed made sure everything was cleaned up, picked up. He went over and above and did a fabulous job. Thank you Jack, Rob, Patrick, and David for all the hard work and great job.

Shoutout to Landon Robert with Tesson. I have a LOT of projects to work on at my house which means that I’m a bit more in the exploratory stage of where to start/long process of remodeling. Landon has been communicative, understanding, patient, flexible, helpful, and mainly gives the true vibe of wanting what’s best for the customer vs the company. It’s nice to interact with a PERSON and not a “salesman,” even though you know he’s also working hard to earn your business. I haven’t had them do any work yet- but Landon’s customer service is tipping me in Tesson’s favor when it comes to booking the jobs I need in future.

It's so hard to know which contractors to trust so I want to share my good experience and recommend one. I needed a new roof and talked with my neighbors to see whom they used. They recommended Tesson and had used them twice over the years.I used Tesson and had a great experience. The quote/sales process was easy with no pressure. The man I worked with actually recommended against a higher priced shingle because he didn't think it offered more benefits.Everything leading up to roofing day was organized with excellent communication. I knew when the shingles and the dumpster were being delivered, what to expect, etc.Roofing day was professionally executed. The crew arrived on time, was pleasant and polite and did their thing. At the start of the day they draped my bushes and plants, even putting buckets over some small plants to protect them. There was a service manager on and off premises during the day and he kept me updated and communicated well.During the day there was all kinds of stuff in my yard and I was a little worried about cleanup. I didn't need to be. They did a wonderful job and, aside from having a new roof, you couldn't tell they'd been there.The day after the roof was installed the service manager was back at the house to review everything and make sure it met their requirements. He wasn't completely satisfied with the way the crew reinstalled my gutter shields so he redid them (this was on his own initiative, I didn't notice a problem).If you can't tell, I highly recommend Tesson Roofing. I'm not receiving anything for this recommendation, just want to help others who are looking for a reputable roofer because it's hard to know whom to trust.
