My experience with Jack W. from TRE has been nothing but excellent. He coordinated the tuckpointing and removal of the flashing on the chimney and counterflashing with a tuckpointing company I was working with. He updated my brother and me throughout the whole process as needed. There were some hiccups along the way with the chimney tuckpointing company, but Jack was on top of it with communicating with them. Jack is professional and very nice. In the future, TRE will definitely be getting any roofing relating work from me! 5 stars for Jack!

I had a gutter segment disconnected from the 2nd floor gutter downspout. Michael Glasgow came at our most convenient time. He fixed the problem well and made some great suggestions for our gutter system and roof. He is very knowledgeable and very kind! I like his service and highly recommend him.
