We built our beautiful home in 2016 with McArthur Homes. Professional and just great people. The entire process was smooth and they had a great studio to select everything in our home. We love our Kingmans floor plan and over the years it's been a great use of space.

We had a great experience 5 years ago building with MacArthur Homes and are still living in our house. I feel one way for them to improve would be to use better concrete contractors, otherwise no issues with the home.

We bought a new MacArthur home in Herriman in 2016. We lived in our MacArthur home for 7 years before relocating to FL for my husband’s job. In FL we also purchased a new construction home, unfortunately NOT with MacArthur. I always felt that the finish work in our UT was high quality, but now that we have a different home experience to compare it to, I realize how truly exceptional MacArthur was and is in every way. Customer Service, integrity, their customer-first attitude , a solidly built home, and immaculate quality and finish work throughout. The finish work and attention to detail is what’s fantastic. And for the little things that weren’t quite right, MacArthur came back as many times as I needed them. MacArthur focused on so many of the small details that I didn’t even realize until having a non-MacArthur experience to compare it to. If I ever get to live in Utah again, it will be in a MacArthur home. Their customer-first policy is unbeatable!! Even when I had questions years after our purchase they treated me as well as they did during the construction process. I would absolutely recommend MacArthur Homes in every way!!!
