Ok, revising my post. In defense of the shop, they called me back, had a great chat with them and got the same impression i got from my first visit, these guys mean well and their goal is to make sure that customers are happy. They have scheduled me in to fix my emblem, and even offered to do some buffing on my PPF. This is the impression I originally had of this shop. Just the follow-ups were the problem. Anyway, wanted to report back, so don'['t rule out this shop based on my original post, give them a shot. Will report back after my work is done hopefully on Friday.*********So I have tried to be civil about this & not comment about this place but I need to. I took my Tesla here for a tint & PPF. The left the emblems off, & it took months to get them to install them, and left the rear one loose. I called like a zillion times, but the guy was always busy. I also learned that they were supposed to add me to their system for reminders for maintenance. No reminders and to date, my emblem was never corrected. I went to another place last week, & learned that these guys did a terrible job and covered my sensors, which are supposed to be cut out. I am terrible disappointed by these guys considering what i paid and they never finished the job or call me back. Be careful taking your new car here, unless if you do not mind being ignored after the work is done!
