Great service! The guy who came out was friendly and professional. He looked my garage door up and down and didn’t try to sell me on anything it didn’t need, which was nice. I’ve had other guys come out and they try to sell me everything but the kitchen sink. This guy told me exactly what was wrong and what he needed to fix the problem. This company was honest and reliable, the garage door has never worked better.

Robert came out to our house this evening to fix our garage door that was not working. He explained what the problem was in a way that we could understand. He was very polite and professional. He did not try to sell us any unnecessary garage door parts or services. Robert had the needed parts for the repair and completed the repair in a timely fashion. Additionally, he left our garage very clean and was very respectful of our property. Should we have any garage door issues in the future, or if our friends or family need garage door services, we will be happy to call True North, and we will specifically request Robert.
