The service was awesome and the information and pictures provided were what I need to make the decision to move forward with a system replacement or not. Our technician, Oliver came out for our heater repair. When he turned it on to test it — it worked! So crazy! Anyway, we told him it had been blowing cold air and that’s why we’d called. He said he would check everything out just to be sure there wasn’t an “obvious” issue - which we appreciated. He gave it a thorough “once over” and took pictures of the unit so he could show us a couple things we might want to address in the future. Since everything was working again there wasn’t anything “to fix”. Oliver was knowledgeable and friendly. He was here yesterday and he called today to make sure it was still working. By far the best experience I’ve ever had with an HVAC company. They were contacted through my home warranty. Unfortunately warranty was unable to cover damages, however they quickly came out, fixed the problem and did a very reasonable rate.
