I had 3 of my systems Tuned up by Chance the Tech. The service was awesome and the information and pictures provided were what I need to make the decision to move forward with a system replacement or not. The systems were original to the house which was built in 2006.I greatly appreciate the service and truly believe, out of all the AC companies I've worked with in the valley, they are by far one of the best. Our technician, Oliver came out for our heater repair. When he turned it on to test it — it worked! So crazy! Anyway, we told him it had been blowing cold air and that’s why we’d called. He said he would check everything out just to be sure there wasn’t an “obvious” issue - which we appreciated. He gave it a thorough “once over” and took pictures of the unit so he could show us a couple things we might want to address in the future. Since everything was working again there wasn’t anything “to fix”. Oliver was knowledgeable and friendly. He was here yesterday and he called today to make sure it was still working.
